ConChord Music Fundraising Concert
for NAMI Seattle
December 10th, 2023
6:30pm – 9:00pm
Lee Theatre at Forest Ridge School of the Sacred Heart
ConChord Music is more than a group of young musicians in Seattle area; we’re a non-profit with a mission—to promote unity, harmony, and mental health awareness through the transformative power of music.
Our journey began with a shared passion for music and a shared concern for the state of mental health in our communities. The statistics surrounding mental health issues in our region were staggering. Many individuals, young and old, were silently struggling with anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. It became evident that mental health issues weren’t just personal struggles; they affected families, friends, and entire communities. The stigma surrounding mental health often prevented individuals from seeking help and finding the support they desperately needed. This is where we saw an opportunity to make a profound impact.
Join us in this harmonious journey to make a difference. Together, we’ll strike a chord for mental health and unity in our community.

🎶ConChord Music is proud to share that our very own Nina Iorik, a talented young pianist and student leader, has been awarded a prestigious grant from the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP) Student Service Grant program. This competitive grant empowers student leaders to develop and lead impactful service projects in their communities.
This grant will support our innovative project, “Hearts in Harmony,” which aims to provide accessible classical music concerts for local autistic children. These sensory-friendly concerts, featuring ConChord musicians, will bring joy and harmony to families in our community.
We’re grateful for this recognition and excited to continue our mission of promoting mental health awareness through music. With this grant, we’ll be able to expand our “Hearts in Harmony” project, building on the success of our first event in September 2024.
The upcoming event for the autistic children, presented by ConChord, will be announced shortly. Stay tuned!
Thank you to NASSP for empowering student leaders like Nina to make a positive impact in their communities. We’re honored to be part of this initiative and look forward to continuing our work in promoting the healing power of music.
